Information You Submit
A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Bellflower Residents Directory does not keep a copy of those searches on its own servers. A message to the contact mailbox contains only the information included in that message and is used to answer it.
Information Collected Automatically
Hosting providers may record routine server-log details such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time stamps. Those details may be reviewed in aggregate for site maintenance and traffic patterns. Basic analytics or advertising measurement may use cookies or similar tools when enabled.
How Information Is Used
Log and message information supports site operations, troubleshooting, traffic counts, and page improvements. Bellflower Residents Directory does not sell visitor lists or create individual reader profiles from this limited data.
Outside Links
Pages link to county and state portals, libraries, archives, and third-party search tools. Once a link is followed, the destination's privacy policy governs what is submitted there. Sponsored results are also supplied by an outside company with its own terms.
Who May Receive Information
Hosting and technical providers may process ordinary server logs. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. Disclosure may also occur when valid legal process requires it; otherwise, the limited data is not shared as a visitor list.
Security Measures
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described above and for as long as needed. No account system operates here, so the site does not hold a reader password or personal profile.
Visitors Under 18
Bellflower Residents Directory is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor may have sent information, use the contact route and we will delete what we can identify.
Your California Choices
California's Consumer Privacy Act, Civil Code sections 1798.100-1798.199.100, can provide rights to access, correct, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing, subject to exceptions. The California Attorney General's CCPA information explains the state framework. Because this service keeps little, a request usually means checking the contact mailbox and available server logs, then removing information within the service's control.
Use the Contact page for a request. Government records held by Bellflower, Los Angeles County, or California are outside this service's control. A deletion or correction request for a deed, case, voter record, or vital record belongs with the original custodian.
